HoninTerms of Use
Your use of Honin is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). The notes below add to it. Where they conflict, the Standard EULA applies.
Using the game
Honin is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store's Usage Rules allow.
Fair play
Please play fairly on Game Center. Do not cheat, use modified versions of the app or manipulate achievements or leaderboard scores. Scores that look manipulated may be removed.
Ownership
The game, including its art, sound, code and name, belongs to the developer. Worlds you weave are yours to enjoy and share as screenshots.
Apple services
iCloud sync and Game Center are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policy. The developer is not responsible for their availability or for data stored in them.
No warranty
Honin is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. The developer is not liable for lost progress or other indirect losses arising from using the game, to the extent the law allows.

Changes
These terms may be updated. The new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
